Order statuses

Understanding the meaning of the orders' statuses is no big deal. Read this article to quickly clear things up!

Where can I find the order statuses?

Go to Orders... and that's it! The statuses of all your orders appear in the list

Each order's status also appears at the top of the order page (cf. red rectangle).

Note: On the same page you will also notice a status in the fulfillment section (cf. orange rectangle). This is different from the order's status as it concerns the fulfillment and not the order. Read our article about the fulfillment's statuses for more details!
